Mess's Licensing Service is dedicated to bringing you a fast and friendly PA D.O.T. experience. Our knowledgeable title clerks are certified in Pennsylvania's Motor Vehicle Code and we are open 7 days a week with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays.

Who We Are

Mess's DMV staff has over 40 years of combined service. We are a full agent contracted by the Pennsylvania Department of Motor Vehicles and a locally owned company that has been in business since 1991, providing same-day service for customers needing DMV service.

We now have two locations to serve you better. Our original office at 141 Main St., Great Bend, PA and now a second office in the Montrose State Farm Insurance building on Lake Montrose. Stop in at either location for all of your DMV needs.

Mess's is a member of PIADA (Pennsylvania Independant Automobile Dealers Association), NNA (National Notary Association), and PAN (Pennsylvania Assosiation of Notaries).
